If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UniPage LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. Description of Services
UniPage provides educational consulting services and digital tools designed to assist students with university admissions and career planning. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- One-to-One Case Review with senior consultants
- Strategic Planning Suite with expert assessment of career potential
- Program Discovery & Matching for realistic university shortlists
- Full Admissions Support from destination selection to acceptance
3. Admission Outcome Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Our Services are designed to improve your application quality and strategic positioning. However, we do not and cannot promise admission to any university, acceptance of any application, receipt of any scholarship, visa approval, or any particular outcome. Admission decisions are made solely by universities and other institutions at their discretion. Past success rates referenced on our Site are historical statistics and do not signify future results.
For clients enrolled in the “Full Admissions Support” package for five (5) or more programs, UniPage LLC provides a complimentary re-application support for the following academic intake in the event that the client does not receive any admission offers, provided the client has followed all consultant recommendations and deadlines. This constitutes the sole remedy for the lack of admission results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use our Services and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
Certain Services require payment. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Service requests with a deadline of less than twenty-two (22) business days from the date of document submission are subject to an “Express Processing” surcharge of 50% of the standard service fee. This surcharge is non-refundable once the expedited work has commenced.
5.2 Third-Party Payments
UniPage LLC charges fees exclusively for consulting and advisory services. All university application fees, tuition payments, enrollment deposits, and visa processing fees are to be paid by the Student directly to the respective institutions or government bodies. UniPage LLC does not collect, hold, or process these third-party payments and is not responsible for any refunds or disputes related to such payments.
5.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific Service purchased. Clients are entitled to a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that the services have not yet commenced. For service packages where work has already begun, a prorated refund for unused hours may be granted, subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs and initial consultation resources. No refunds are provided for completed consulting sessions or digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
5.4 Financial Disclaimer
UniPage LLC charges fees exclusively for consulting and mentoring services. All university application fees, tuition fees, and visa-related deposits must be paid by the student directly to the respective institutions. UniPage LLC does not process, hold, or transmit funds for tuition, visa fees, or other institutional payments. Any financial transactions between you and educational institutions or government agencies are your sole responsibility.
5.5 Consultation Policy
Appointments for “One-to-One Case Reviews” or other live sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide such notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“No-Show”), will result in the forfeiture of the session fee or a deduction of one (1) hour from the client’s service package.
